Two years ago, Café Vasco da Gama had the pleasure to welcome Julia in its team, a talented and creative pastry chef ! Also in charge of Campo’s pastries since September, Julia is baking daily classic treats such as the chocolate fondant and original creations, like the verrine with fig jam and grilled pistachios. She really enjoys working with fresh products and the opportunity to create desserts that needs more technically demanding desserts like our well-known “entrechoque” or the really popular lemon tart. Thus Café Vasco da Gama is offering you unique and high quality pastries, you will find the perfect treat for each kind of envies, lighter or sweeter, for desert or just a bite !
