Salmon, whether it’s from the Atlantic or Pacific, is the biggest-selling fish in Quebec, and the most requested in our restaurant. At Ferreira we serve it raw, as a tartar, semi-smoked, as a steak and as a filet – whatever our chef’s imagination comes up with!
